IMPORTANT: Where in UniNow can you not log in?
You need separate logins to access the student ID card and the inbox. You can find further information on logging in to the individual tools in the login informations.
Are you enrolled / re-registered for the semester? You can only register if you are enrolled for the semester.
Has the semester in which you are enrolled already begun or has it ended? If you are only enrolled in the coming semester or have already been exmatriculated, it is not possible to register.
First semester students: Have you retrieved your university account details (user name and password) after enrolment in Onlinecampus and are you using them to log in? The user name is not your e-mail address and also not the user name of the applicant account!
Can you log in to other university services (Moodle, Onlinecampus) with your account data?
No: Check your account details and contact the ITM if necessary.
Yes: Check your account details and contact UniNow if necessary. You will find the “Support” button in the app. The UniNow team will help you there as quickly as possible.
