1. open https://onlinecampus.h2.de
2. log in with your university account
3. click on "My Studies" and then on "My achievements"
4. Under "Achievement Data" You should already see your grades
If the button looks like this (arrow to the right) 
the view is collapsed. You have to click on it to expand the view and show the grades.
