The University Computing Center (URZ) at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (OVGU) and the IT and Media Center (ITM) at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences (H2) operate a joint infrastructure for printing, copying and scanning.
In addition to the business aspects, the standardization of the user experience at the sites and between the sites also played a decisive role.
An example of this is the mutual use of printers and copiers at each other's facilities (note currently being implemented). For example, a student at the H2 can use a printer or copier in the OVGU library with his or her personal account at the H2 without any further requirements (note currently being implemented).

The URZ or the ITM will advise you on the possibilities of providing printers and multifunctional devices.
